My name is Ben, and I am an artist currently based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

I make oil paintings of surreal dreamscapes in dynamic, contrasting, vibrant colors. The emotions of progressing forward into the unknown processes through the subconscious lens of dreams serve as my primary inspiration. Each work is an imagined scene collaged from a mix of recognizable elements to blur the line between the familiar and the foreign in order to evoke the feel of dreaming. My work serves as a mirror for the viewer to unearth and explore their relationship to the unknown future; a journey we are all on.
